Cecilia Otero is a a mixed ethnic (Hispanic, native and white) artist and illustrator working out of Oklahoma City, OK. A graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute her work often combines color, pattern, whimsical imagery with an emphasis on hand drawn elements. Cecilia aims to incorporate all these throughout all the media she works with.
